- Ever since I started back at Flex points, I have been having troubles keeping my blood sugar stable.
- I am hungry all the time.
- I am still working hard, and I am not cheating.
- But I am not enjoying this at all. This is really hard.
- I am going to have to take some time, some time soon to re-evaluate my diet plan.
- I miss eating to satisfaction.
- I am not eating nearly enough protein and that is contributing to my blood sugar issues.
- I am just going to struggle through until after Christmas.

I made my own TT banner this week. What do you think? - I am loving the holidays and the Christmas season. Maybe the food a little too much.
- I am hoping not to gain wait this week. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
- If I can get through this season and not gain too much, I will be happy.
- I am going to really go on the offensive again after the new year!
