For supper today on my 4th day of vegetarianism, I am going to cook up some vegetables in a sauce I make with 1/4 cup soya sauce, garlic, ginger and 1/4 cup splenda. and then mix it through more of the rice I cooked the other day.

Last night for supper, I had a bit of a cheat, but it was still vegetarianism. I had vegetarian pizza.

I am going low fat, high fibre vegetarian for the most part, but I am aware that in my life, I am occasionally going to have something high fat but yummy. If I can make that vegetarian yummy that is awesome.

Today at work, we are having a staff meeting and they are ording in Chicken and taters. I am going to stick to the taters.

I have come to the conclusion that no matter what I diet I am on they are going to be the biggest hurdle I face.
