
Not doing too badly. I have been concentrating on being healthy and eating low fat and being lots of veggies and whole grains. I am pleasantly suprised at how easy I am finding this way of life. I have no troubles finding foods and meals that I like to eat. There are a whole world of wonderful things to eat out there that are not meat based. I haven't even eaten any meat substitutes yet. I have been trying to adjust to this eating style.
