

I am feeling really healthy these days. My stomach is doing great and my blood sugar seems to be pretty stable. I keep some soy nuts in my desk for when I need a little boost. I made myself a low fat mexican style vegetable dish last night. I had some on whole wheat tortillas and then decided to forego the tortillas and just eat the filling it was just so good!
I am feeling pretty stressed about work though. Right now, I truly hate being a working mom. There is not enough of me to go around and I would rather be home doing what I do best. I am going to keep work at least for a while. I would like to get our bills paid up and our car insurance paid. That would make me happy.
